Recieved my 03C ALPACA/MERINO STRIPE SOCKS in navy blue. They're the right size however I was expecting them to be longer. Was under the impression they would be just below the knee but are in reality mid calf length. Wish they used models to show this. They r good quality however are quite thin. Hoping they last a very long time to justify the price for one pair ($33 including shipping) wish I could return but as I have opened them, returns r not allowed.

Bought 5xpairs for special price & expected a further 10% reduction as first time buyer but alas no! It's either/or it seems. Bit of a rip off

Please include your name and order number and we will process it for you when they arrive back.
In regards to the first time buyer discount, you can still use that discount. The only limitation is that only one discount can be used at a time. For example, you are currently entitled to a $10 member reward and have the first time discount available to use. They would need to be used in seperate transactions.
