Which stores offer Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is available in both our Inverloch and Warragul stores.
I can see something I want online, but it isn't available for pickup at my chosen store.
When you can see something online and it's not available for pick up at your chosen store it is due to the item being sold out in that store. Please reach out to us and we can usually arrange for this to be transfered to your chosen store for you.
When can I pick up my Click & Collect order?
Click and Collect will generally be available the same day your order is placed. Allow up to 5 business days if your order needs to be sent from another store.
How do I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect?
What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order?
To collect your order, you will need your Order Confirmation or Order Collection Email. This can be printed or shown on your phone. You will also need identification that lists your name, such as a credit card, Medicare card or driver’s license.
Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order on my behalf?
Yes. You will need to let us know that someone else is picking up on your behalf. This person will be required to show photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, when collecting your order. They will also need your name and order number.
Can I change my Click & Collect order to Home Delivery?
If you need to change from Click + Collect and your order value is under $99 we are able to send it to another location for a delivery cost. See delivery costs here.
